The Sealdha Socio Development Welfare media Kolkata a registered Voluntary Organization has been providing commendable service in the field of education since long time passed. the organization has also been extended has development works in the North Bengal District also, after through survey it observed that the District of Malda is educationally backward enough. Though the total no of Primary School is nearly 2000, the number of trained teachers are not sufficient to maintain the optimum standard of primary education of the district. The number of primary teacher education centre is only One. Considering all this aspect the organization came forward to setup "Uttar Banga Primary Teachers Training Institute" in the Vill- Babla, Kamalpur, P.O - Meherapara, P.S - Kaliyachak, Dist - Malda, Pin - 732207, W.B..
